Hello. Today, the place I will guide you to is 1960s Italy, specifically the rainy, lonely, yet beautiful Amalfi Coast.
This video is a reinterpretation of Shin Gye-haeng's 80s masterpiece, "Love and Farewell," which captures the sorrow of a breakup endured because of a love too deep. It has been completely reimagined as an acoustic folk ballad in the style of 1960s Italian Cantautori.
Over the lonely arpeggio of a nylon acoustic guitar flowing without any flashy percussion, a female vocal sings of a heavy sense of loss, softly and clearly reciting the lyrics like reading a letter, entirely without vocal tricks or vibrato. The video captures the emotional journey of a woman in a classic film-like visual beauty—starting from the deep sorrow (loss) of a rainy morning, brushing off the past in a golden sunset (sublimation), and finally finding peace under the starlight.

この映像は、深く愛しすぎたがゆえに経験しなければならなかった別れの悲しみを込めた、シン・ゲヘン氏の80年代の名曲『愛そして別れ』を、1960年代イタリアのカンタウトーリ（Cantautori）スタイルのアコースティック・フォークバラードとして再解釈した作品です。
華やかな打楽器なしに寂しげに流れるナイロンギターのアルペジオの上で、技巧やビブラートを一切使わず、手紙を読み上げるように清らかに詠みあげる女性ボーカルが、胸が詰まるような喪失感を歌い上げます。雨の降る朝の深い悲しみ（喪失）から始まり、黄金色の夕焼けの中で過去を振り払い（昇華）、ついに星明かりの下で平穏を取り戻す一人の女性の感情の旅路を、古典映画のような映像美で表現しました。
